Well here we were requiring one point to secure 2nd spot. And what happened, we had the slowest start to a game of any we played all year. We didn't tackle,pass or put any pressure on Wyoming at all. At least we came out firing in the second half & managed to get a late equaliser to secure our major semi-final spot.

Kids if you play like that next week Kincumber will beat us.On the up side hopefully thats our bad
game over with as i don't think we can play worse.

Anyway that's over with now & we need to refocus for next week. See you all at training.

Another sensational effort from the kids even though the talk was non-existant in the 1st half which i find funny considering Ii can't shut them up before the game.

The second half saw the kids go up a gear & the game was never in doubt with our opponents having no reply to our attack. This win has put us in 2nd spot on our own with the way the other results went.

So kids your own fate is in your hands,get a result next week & we're in the major semi,lose & we end up in the minor semi.

Keep up the workrate & effort kids & i'm sure we'll get our reward.

Another wobbly start from the kids left us on the back foot for most of the 1st half until with 1 minute to go in the half we broke away and scored a very well taken goal by Damo.

Wyong then seemed to have the wind out of their sails & although they had chances the 2nd half belonged to us. The football we played in the second half was a pleasure to watch. Just remember kids we have to start playing from the 1st whistle not just for the second half.

Well it was nice to be back on the park for the 1st versus 3rd game.

The kids showed their usual determination & although they had most of the play in the 1st

half we were up 1 nil at half time & our goalie hadn't touched the ball.

The second half continued in much the same vein except that we made two defensive errors which  have cost us

dearly. If we can cut out those lapses in concentration we will be real title contenders.

Well done kids, myself & all the parents are very pleased with the character you are are showing.

Another great game from the kids & hopefully no damage done as far as our table position goes.

Just remember kids you have to show your usual determination & skill for the whole 50 minutes

not just most of the game because that is what allowed Kanwal to equalize in the last 5 minutes.

It was good to see every one of you playing well not just most of you as is the case normally.

Keep up this intencity & we should be a shoe in for the semi's.

U12/D's Match Report Versus Avoca

Won 2 - 1

U12/D's Versus Woongarah won 3-0

Right from the first whistle we were hassling them & not letting them get into any rhythm and they never really recovered.

All 13 of you worked as a team today which was great to see. The 3 goals were all well worked and well taken and some of the passing was outstanding.

If I had to hand out any criticism I would say that there were a couple of times where we didn't get back fast enough to help our defence. Cut out that bit and look out the other teams in the comp. All in all a great game kids.

U12d's versus Budgewoi  won 9-0 1/5/2010

It was a game we were always going to win as budgy only had 9 players. Even so it was good to see some of the passing & movement of players during the game.

You do need to remember to never take any team for granted & to keep the work rate up as you will not get away with taking it easy towards the end of the game against the stronger teams.

But all in all a good performance, keep it going kids.

Under 12D match report 10/4/10

Versus Gwandalan Won 3-1

For the first game of the season not a bad effort kids even though at times you looked a bit flat. To much Playstation I think.

It was good to see you all passing the ball amongst yourselves.It makes it very hard for the opposition to score if they haven't got the ball.

If we can keep up the first half workrate for the whole game we will be hard to beat.
