As a result of the Federal Governments decision to close the Home Insulation Scheme the sponsor for the Central Coast Cup Statewide Insulation is unable to continue it sponsorship of the cup in its current form. However the Director of Sponsorship and Marketing has negotiated with the companies owner yesterday and as a result the Central Coast Cup will now be sponsored by Big Foot Assessments Pty Ltd. The Cup will therefore be known as the Big Foot Central Coast Cup .
All prize money previously quoted will remain in place. Please see the CCF website (www.ccfootball.com.au ) for further details.

An incredible 4 of last year's fantastic Under 9A’s have been selected in the Under 10 Central Coast/Far North Metro Project 22 team. There were a total of only seven 7 players chosen for this age group.

Successful players are Daniel Beilharz, Llytan Davis, Michael Farek and Kyle Johnson. This is an absolute credit to the club and to the boy's coaches, Derek and Corey that the Rams dominated selection.

Project 22 is an elite program with a view to developing the best young footballers towards the 2022 World Cup. Daniel, Llytan, Mikey and Kyle have been identified as four of the top 7 players in this age group in the Central Coast / Far North Metro region.

CCF announce details of Central Coast Cup

In what is no doubt one of many announcements we can expect from the new CCF board which has hit the ground
running, some details regarding the former CCF Cup have been released by chairman Darren Sprod.

"Central Coast Football is excited to announce that we have signed a sponsorship agreement with Statewide Insulation. The Central Coast Cup will for 2010 be known as the 'Statewide Insulation Cup' This sponsorship arrangement means that the prize money for this years cup will increase to $3000 for the winners and $500 for the Runners up. In addition as a result of this sponsorship the Board of CCF has taken the step of removing the $220 entry for CCF Clubs.

This season for the first time the final of the Statewide insulation Cup will not only be a culmination of a wonderful competition it will also allow CCF to open the doors to the Pluim Park complex for a family friendly open day. The day will have giveaways, rides and other activities catering for our over 13,000 registered players"

The Statewide Cup Final is scheduled to be played on Sunday March 14,

NEW BOARD FOR CENTRAL COAST FOOTBALL

A new phase for Central Coast Football commenced last night ( Dec 16, 2009) during the Annual General Meeting held at the Mingara Sport and Recreation Club. In a clear sign of change, seven new Directors were elected to the Board, including the new Chairman, Darren Sprod.Mr Sprod said he was looking forward to the challenge, ‘The clubs have given me, and the other Directors, the opportunity to move Central Coast Football in a new direction and we have every intention to meet the challenges ahead.’Mr Sprod also acknowledged the efforts of the outgoing Directors with special mention of outgoing Chairman, Geoff Johnson.The Central Coast Football Board for 2010 is:
